There are 13 Women Self Helped Groups in Vihigaon, out of which 8 are active.Mandal initiated this process of setting up SHGs and helped them grow, but now they have stabilized and manage their own affairs.
Mandal helped them became social entrepreneurs and support their small enterprises by helping them establish marketing channels, arrange finances, guide in logistics, product development and organisation.
1.As per our practice for past 10 years, we have continued supporting their enterprise of selling traditional ayurvedic cleansing agent called ‘Utane’ on the occasion of ‘Diwali’ festival.
2.It is our effort to grow the scale of this enterprise and provide maximum profits to these SHGs.
3. Mandal and its karyakarte provide all their time, knowledge, energies to tally free of cost, as they are committed to the spirit of upliftment of underprivileged.
